Beauty Boxes: May 2015

I'll admit it, this post almost didn't make it. When one of my subscriptions comes far after the other, I usually get tempted to just rip open the box and then the products get lost in the abyss of my stash long before I can snap a few photos.

May is typically the month where companies break out the warmer weather products. Because I haven't really tried many new products lately, I was extra excited to see what I received for May.

Beauty Boxes: April 2015

I haven't done one of these posts in a while, which is primarily because my Birchbox and Ipsy have been coming so far apart that I don't like waiting to tear into whichever one comes first (it's usually Birchbox). This month, however, I was a good girl, and was able to snap a few photos before digging in to my goodies.

Birchbox's box was designed by Rifle Paper Co and it's this adorable floral print that is perfect for Spring. Ipsy's straw bag weaved with rainbow straw is more on the summery side in my opinion, but I still love it. This is most definitely one of my favorite bags to date. 

Beauty Boxes: October 2014

It's that time of the month again...beauty box time! In case you've forgotten, I am subscribed to Birchbox and Ipsy, both of which are services that for ten dollars a month send a box (or bag) full of deluxe size beauty products to your doorstep on a monthly basis.

Before I get into the actual boxes, I will say this: I really wish that the companies would send the boxes out earlier. I always get so excited when a new month begins to check out my products, and I always have to wait a week or so to actually get my products. But oh well.

Beauty Boxes: September 2014

Coming home after a long day of class and having my beauty boxes waiting for me is always a good thing. September is usually a great month for subscription services, so I was particularly excited to tare into the mail carriers.

Since I was away, I just missed the delivery of this month's beauty boxes. Needless to say, when I got home and went through my mail to see both Birchbox and Ipsy waiting for me, I excitedly tore into both.

Beauty Boxes: July 2014

I love beauty subscription boxes. Needless to say, I was more than ecstatic when these landed in my mailbox this morning. I've been subscribed to Birchbox for a while (well over a year) and a few months ago, I joined Ipsy after hearing an overwhelming amount of positive buzz. Both subscriptions are $10 a month, and both deliver 4-5 (mostly) deluxe beauty product samples.
